	<answer label="Casey Stengel">OF Mgr, 1889-1975.  Johnson was the first great dissenter on the bench, often resisting the iron grip of Marshall.  He was also one of the prolific opinion writers of his era; only Marshall and Story logged more.  A creative thinker, Johnson saw written opinions as opportunities for experimentation.  The same could be said of Stengel's views, and his use of the English language, dubbed &#8220;Stengelese.&#8221;  During spring training he once ordered his players to line up alphabetically according to height.  Named to the Hall in 1966, Stengel is the only manager to win 5 consecutive World Series Championships.</answer>
