	<answer label="Mario Cuomo">CF, b. 1932.  The former New York governor played for the Class D Brunswick (Georgia) Pirates in 1952; an injured wrist and beaning to the head ended his career after that single season.</answer>
	<answer label="Alexander Cartwright">Exec, 1820-1892.  These players helped to establish the fundamental rules that governed their games.  Ellsworth was selected to represent his home state of Connecticut in the first session of the United States Senate.  There he was the principle author of the Judiciary Act, which gave concrete form to Article III of the Constitution.  Cartwright was a bank teller in New York in 1845.  That year he formed the Knickerbocker Baseball Club with friends, and wrote explicit rules that helped to develop baseball into the modern sport that fans recognize today.  He was named to the Hall in 1938.</answer>
