	<answer label="Barbaro Garbey">IF OF DH, b. 1956.  Reed held so much promise that FDR named him Solicitor General where he suffered major defeats&#8212;and fainted during his first oral argument!&#8212;while defending the New Deal.  Reed found himself in a choice spot, though, when, seeing him as an uncontroversial choice, Roosevelt picked him for the Court.  Garbey was also a potential star in the right place at the right time.  In 1983 he batted .321 in AAA, joined the Tigers in 1984 and won a World Series ring.  A reasonable hitter, he was weak at every position, and played only three seasons.</answer>

	<answer label="Jose Canseco">OF DH, b. 1964.  An awesome power hitter, was AL rookie of the year in 1986, MVP in 1988, and has swatted over 450 taters in his career.</answer>
