	<answer label="John McGraw">3B SS Mgr, 1873-1934.  &#8220;Little Napoleon,&#8221; named to the Hall of Fame in 1937, was known for his arrogant, abrasive style as a player and a manager.</answer>
	<answer label="Charles Ebbets">Mgr Exec, 1859-1925.  Often credited with inventing the &#8220;rain check&#8221; and planting the idea that last-place teams should draft first.</answer>
	<answer label="Larry MacPhail">Exec, 1890-1975.  Few in the front office have had as much impact on the game as MacPhail who, among other things, introduced night baseball while with Cincinnati.</answer>
	<answer label="Mayo Smith">OF Mgr, 1915-1977.  Burger will go down in history as the Chief Justice who combined lack of task leadership with lack of policy leadership and lack of social leadership. In short, Burger was not a leader. Neither was Mayo Smith. Smith did win a world championship for the Detroit Tigers in 1968 despite the impression as the worst manager in baseball. Doubters in Smith's abilities have reason to trust in luck for an explanation since Smith fielded the same team in 1967 but failed to bring home a pennant.</answer>
