Overview

Jeff Weiner is a former president of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and of the Florida Criminal Defense Attorneys Association. He is a recipient of the Robert Heeney Award, NACDL's highest honor. Mr. Weiner is a Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer and a Fellow of the American Board of Criminal Lawyers. He has argued cases and appeals in twenty-five states and Puerto Rico, and has authored articles on Criminal Law and Procedure for legal publications. Mr. Weiner is a former Regent and faculty member of the National Criminal Defense College. He is invited to lecture throughout the United States on criminal law topics. Mr. Weiner has an active criminal law practice. He handles cases throughout the United States and internationally.
