Scott A. Shorr

Scott Shorr is a business litigator and appellate lawyer. He primarily represents consumers, investors, and others in class actions and complex business litigation. He also occasionally represents businesses in commercial disputes. Mr. Shorr has argued cases at all appellate levels including before the United States Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Oregon Supreme Court.
