Leonard B. Simon

Mr. Simon is Of Counsel to the Lerach Coughlin firm, having been a partner there for many years. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law, teaching at Duke and the University of San Diego, and in the past, at the University of Southern California. He graduated from Duke Law School in 1973 and clerked for the Hon. Irving Hill, U.S. District Judge for the Central District of California. He handles complex litigation and sports-related litigation.
