Overview

Professor Bederman specializes in appellate practice, and has appeared in virtually all of the federal courts of appeals and has argued three times before the U.S. Supreme Court (as well as making numerous appearances on brief (on behalf of parties and amici) and with summary dispositions). He specializes in admiralty, international law, and sovereign immunity questions.
