Overview

A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, David Baker practices in Boston, Massachusetts, concentrating on consumer bankruptcy and related issues. He graduated in 1996 from the Massachusetts School of Law, where he served on the Law Review. After graduation, he was the first attorney employed as counsel by a Standing Chapter 13 Trustee in Boston, a position he held for about three years. Thereafter he went into private practice. On November 6, 2006, he became the first bankruptcy attorney from Massachusetts to argue before the Supreme Court in about 20 years.
